Centrifugal Barrel Polisher
This machine is a polisher which use centrifugal force of 4 hexagonal barrel tanks attched on the turret by high speed rotating axis.Generally rotating turret of 60 RPM.
Thera will be centrifugal force and pressure on the MASS in the barrel tank.
The barrel tank shich was designed to rotate opposite direction to the rotating disection of the turret.make strong polishing power to the target parts which was mixed with media.
Refer to this reason,the parts are polished in a short time.
This centrfugal barrel polisher is especially adequate to polish small parts.
By aduusting RPM of starting point, small and weak parts are well treated without
