A newly introduced tester, the WATS, is a powerful solution for measuring optical characteristics of array wave guides at a chip-bar level, such as AWG and VOA, fast and accurately.
This fully automatic system does away with complex and time-consuming testing processes and increases productivity by isolating defects before being packaged.
