MAXIMFLEX Vibration Absorber
MAXIMFLEX Vibaration Absorbers are designed for installation in the suction and discharge lines of air conditioning and refrigeration systems to dampen the transmission of compressor-induced vibration through system piping.
MAXIMFLEX Vibration Absorber are constructed of deep pitch corrugated tubing for increased flexibility and vibration absorption, covered with high tensile wire braid for superior strength. Tubing and braid are reinforced by ferrules at each and connected to femail copper tube ends by high temperature braze alloys.
MAXIMFLEX Vibration Absorber are pressure tested then carefully vacuum tested using a highly sensitive helium mass spectrometer leak detection device. Unit are cleaned, dehydrated and sealed in plastic film after final inspection to maintain cleanliness and dryness prior to installation. MAXIMFLEX Vibration Absorbers are available in bulk or individual boxes.
1. 12 models available to fit stainless tubing from 3/8" through 4 1/8" inner diameter.
2. Each unit pressure and water tested, cleaned, dehydrated and sealed in plastic film.
3. It has a corrugated stainless core with high tensile stainless braid covering and copper tube ends.
4. Hose and coppertube are braze-welded, components checked and inspected by every process of assembly.
