The double bolt cap with an internal cap and an external cap equipped stays elastic eve during shrinkage and stiffening as the internal cap does not lose the elasticity of the plastic because of the protection by the external cap. After many researches on the property of the plastic, a new technology which is the double bolt cap has been finally invented, gaining a patent. The internal cap in the double bolt cap responses when a bolt and a nut shrink and expand. This way, the bolt cap is prevented from being harmed.

The internal cap of the double bolt cap has been designed with a bolt fix part a tree-legged part which are the replacements for a screw thread tap. Since the product is able to be set by rubber hammer, the time and the cost are saved. The bolt cap is in dual structure of an external cap and internal cap and they prevent the bolt and nut from getting humidified and resulting corrosion. The product also prevents bolt cap from natural damage caused by the sunlight which evaporates oil-based ingredients and makes bolt cap contracted.
