Product Information
UNS N08028 is a high alloy austenitic stainless steel for application under
the highly corrosive condition. This grade has the following characteristic:
● Excellent corrosion resistance to the acids and salt
● Very good resistance to stress corrosion cracking and
intergranular corrosion under the various environments
● High resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion
● Good weldability
UNS N08028 is a nickel-iron-chromium alloy with
addition of molybdenum and copper. It has the outstanding corrosion resistant property
to both reducing and oxidizing acids, to stress-corrosion cracking, etc, so
that this grade material could be applied under the most diverse environment.
