The elbow making machine is mainly used for producing 1D-2.5D various steel elbows. It is with medium frequency induction heating technology, the latest technical for making elbows.
Main features:
1. Using BCT closed cooling system, soft water as cooling medium, no scaling, no blocking pipe, low malfunction.
2. The main valves use international standard Rexroth serious products, magnetic valves use safe DC 24V controlling.
3. The hydraulic pump station adopt full sealed structure, no leak, with main and auxiliary fuel tank, easy in maintenance.
4. Digital indicator installed in the operation desk, monitoring operation temperature and hydraulic pressure.
5. Electrical elements adopt Siemens or Schneider products.
