- This machine is easily controlled with the digital method
by CNC.
It can make various shapes of spring by using servo motor. - Getting out of the shape of the existing machine, the machine can make the spring that users want to have by attaching jigs R fixtures as users need.
- In accordance with the shape of spring, this machine can locate the position of angle exactly up to 1/1000 by the control system with servo motor and so produce springs in high speed. While working, it can change and set up the rotating angle of driven axis by the unit of one thousandth.
- Input data is set up by the computer and confirmation of data is possible.
- Easy awareness of the position of cam by the angle of driven axis makes the time to set the machine for operation short.
- In case of no wire or malfunction in processing, the machine will stop automatically.
- When this machine stops due to the above troubles, the lamp on it will indicate problems throught lighting.
