SHF-RCS was developed to improve factory automation. Real-time monitoring, controlling the production line and fixing minor errors of equipment can be done using our product in remote PC.

Alarm System and CAM is included in SHF-RCS, both of which leads to more effective manufacturing processes. Purchasing such individual parts of SHF-RCS, apart from controller itself, is optional.

One of the biggest advantages that our product has is that SHF-RCS offers remote control only with ONE-IP for each diffusion furnace in semiconductor fabrication and ONE-IP for a number of manufacturing equipment in LCD production process.

Another advantage is that SHF-RCS is compatible with every Operating System. In industrial fields, Operating Systems of manufacturing machines vary from Lynx, OS-2, Linux to Windows, making manufacturing processes difficult to be integrated.

Quality and effectiveness of our product has been proved by professional analysts who claims that SHF-RCS has greatly reduced time for setting up conditions in diffusion furnace (16%) and distance traveled (3.5 km/day) by engineers in the workplace in semiconductor fabrication. What distinguishes our product from other remote control system such as KVM-over-IP is that SHF-RCS is optimized for industrial production. One of the biggest shortcomings that other remote control systems has is that program editing is necessary to be applied in industrial fields. (tremendous time, financial, opportunity costs). However our product can provide real-time remote control as soon as it is installed.
