We are a Polish producer of seedless dried blackcurrant and aronia (chokeberry) pomaces especially suitable for extraction of anthocyanin and animal feed. We supply our pomaces to many customers in Europe, China and Japan. Our pomace consist mostly of fruit skins as the majority of the seeds and stalks have been sieved out.

The result of tests show the level of anthocyanin pigment HPLC in a range of

-               500-900 mg/100g for blackcurrant

-               around 1200 mg/100g for aronia

The products are specially packed in c.a.750kg vacuum plastic foil BB (a photo enclosed) to protect the pomace from moisture and oxygen.
