The operating panel is composed of a three valve, and the oil from the power pack is conveyed to the control valve through a rubber hose and then is distributed to the hydraulic system of the drilling rig.

The operating panel is provided with a speed regulating valve, an overflow valve, a hydraulic control one-way valve, a hydraulic lock, etc., so as to ensure the safe operation of the whole system. The drilling rig can connected with the air or water to cool the system or discharge the slag.
