Product Information
ANOX is highly condensed native extract from Aronia Melanocarpa, the fruit native to North America being used as medicinal plant for ages. Founding its new home in Poland, which nowadays is the biggest grower of Organic Aronia Berries in the world (90% worldwide production).
Aronia Berry (Chockeberry) is probably the most potent fruit source of anthocyanidins(1) in the world. Volatile Polish climate puts significant demands for the multiyear plants. Very cold winters and hot summer allows the plant to produce in the geographical area enormous amounts of anthocyanin.
Anthocyanins are very vulnarable structures therfore they need to be processed with the gratest care. Avoidance of high temperatures, light exposure and limiting oxidatoin can only guarantee the highest standard of the extract.

EFFICACY
ANOX REDUCES BLOOD PRESSURE
Aronia melanocarpa (Chockeberry) extract reduces blood pressure in patients with metabolic syndrome. After one month, systolic blood pressure fell from high to pre-hypertensive levels. After two months, it had decreased by a total of 11.5mmHg (8%). Diastolic blood pressure also fell signi cantly after just one month and had decreased by 5mmHg (5.8%) in total after two months.
ARONIA JUICE SUPRESSES THE ELEVATION OF POSTPRANDIAL BLOOD GLUCOSE LEVEL IN ADULT HEALTHY JAPANESE
The research found that activities of dipeptidyl peptidase IV (DPP IV), a- glucosidase and angiotensin- converting enzyme (A CE) were reduced by aronia juice. These results suggest that aronia juice suppresses the elevation of postprandial blood glucose levels through inhibition of these enzyme activities and may be useful for prevention of metabolic diseases in adult healthy Japanese.
The study comprised of 37 healthy Japanese (18 women and 19 men) more than 30 years old.
The patients were treated with 100ml/day of aronia juice.
The study design was randomized, open-label.
