configured. And a matching KYKY molecular
pump controller should be used. The backing pressure tolerance of the series of
grease-lubricated molecular pump has been improved. Please refer to
the “Recommended Start Pressure” in the Technical
Parameters and Dimensions of Chapter Twelve for the start pressure
of molecular pump. However, the increase of backing
pressure of molecular pump would affect the pressure of high vacuum of molecular pump. and consequently has a negative influence
