DR-VU developed non-lead radiation shielding sheet with its own technology which is filed a patent
application for “the method of manufacturing the radiation shielding sheet”.
DR-VU is capable of manufacturing various thickness (0.07mm~0.44mm) of radiation shielding
sheet according to the uses which can be used in various fields such as medical, industrial, military, and general uses.
Specification
Non-lead radiation shielding sheet is made by blending and dispersing bismuth and tungsten
nanoparticles which have radiation shielding elements and synthetic resin with DR-VU’s own
technology. DR-VU’s non-lead radiation shielding sheet is thinner, lighter, and more flexible than
existing lead radiation shielding sheet, which is much more usable, more environmentally friendly,
and not harmful to human body. It can be a form of film (0.07mm), sheet, and fabric (0.44mm) as
needed. But according to the thickness, it shows different radiation shielding performance.
