This is because the RENOVA products by battery ampere is produced . Using the RENOVA products that are not compatible with battery amperes gives little or no effect.

Precautions before installation

1. Mount it on metal parts. Do not install on plastic or urethane part.
2. Clean foreign objects (paint, rust, dust) with grinder, sand paper, etc. and apply highly conductive grease to prevent rust.
3. Ensure that the product matches a battery capacity (ampere).
4. Although a nut size for a automobile body and for an engine is M8, the M6 bolt can be mounted on a 6mm bolt hole because the performance will be the same in either bolt.

Mounting sequence

1. Turn the engine off and remove the key.
2. Disconnect the ground wire from the battery negative terminal.
3. Unscrew the nut that holds the battery positive terminal and the (+) electrode, and fix the terminal with the RENOVA Nut engraved with the (+) mark.
4. Unscrew the nut that holds the battery negative terminal and the (-) electrode, and fix the terminal with the RENOVA Nut engraved with the (-) mark.

5. Select the point of the car body where the product will be mounted, remove foreign objects, and apply Highly Conductive Grease.
6. Fix with a bolt the RENOVA NUT engraved with the 'Body' mark.

7. Select the point where to mount the product on the engine cylinder block (or Air Intake Manifold), remove foreign objects, and fix with a bolt the RENOVA NUT engraved with the 'Engine' mark.
8. Connect the ground wire to the battery minus terminal.
9. Reset the ECU

Problems from and solutions for incorrect mounting

1. If the battery terminal is loose, the vehicle may not start or the engine may be turned off while driving.
2. If a foreign object is not removed from the mounting position on an engine or a vehicle body, or loosely fixed, the engine output will be weak.
