What is Milkthistle?
Milkthistle is a natural herb that has traditionally been used to treat liver disorders. It's main active ingredients are a group of compound collectively called as silymarin. Silymarin is known to have antioxidant, antiviral, anti-inflammatory and liver detoxification properties.
