It is a boxing trainingtool practicing punching fast moving leather ball tied of ropes vertically. It strengthen the punching ability and agility from hitting the fast moving ball. It is useful for practicing in boxing, taekwondo and other martial arts.

Installation procedure

1.Decide the direction of the ropes you want to install between the two selections; non-elastic up and elastic down and non-elastic down and elastic up..

2.Decide the height of the ball.

3.Adjust the length of the non-elastic rope for the height of the ball.

4.Fix the hooks of the elastic rope and make the rope be tighten and elastic.

5.Wrap the non-elastic rope and sensor cord with a helical band.

6.Plug the terminal from the sensor into the female terminal from the sensor controller.

7.Plug the power terminal into the socket of the controller.

○If you want to use pull-up bars to install on the door frame, prepare the two bars and two hanging bands. (The items are not included in the basic set.)

○You may adjust the length or height of the ball assembly using extra hooks or winding the ropes around the pull-up bars.

○Sensor controller may be laid on the bottom or hang on the door frame.

Starting of meetway application

○Use mobile phones and tablet PC of Android system.

○Download the MEETWAY application at google playstore

○You can see the Bluetooth JDY-31-SPP when youconnect the power, the register the Bluetooth in your mobile phone.

○At the start page of the Meetway application ‘paired devices’ appears, touch the paired device to connect Bluetooth. And then touch the Bluetooth to go the game start page.

Practicing Game

○At the first page touch the Bluetooth, and then the new page ‘Paired Devices’ appears. Connect the Bluetooth, then the standby screen appears. You may select the time for gaming among 1,2 and 3 minutes. Also you can see the word ‘Tap the punching bag’. The game starts when you touch the screen or tap the ball.

○The phone sounds counts for giving you for preparation. You may hear the voice 4, 3, 2, 1, and start. The punching points start recording after the sound “Start!”.

○The game result will be shown after the ending ring sound.

○If you touch “Look game result” then the screen shows the results from the recent.
