Product Information
Polstar® Static Dissipative Rigid Plate(PSDRP) series are available with mainly four different base materials, PMMA (acrylic), PVC, Polycarbonate (PC), AL and since they are specially coated on both sides by a hard coating method, the surface of each plate has excellent hardness and is free from most of scratches.
The surface resistivity of the plates on both sides is 10e6~10e8 and it lasts semi-permanently unless the surface are scratched and affected by outer impact or abnormal temperature continuously.
PSDRP series also provide excellent transparency, longer durability and abrasion resistance and smooth surface.
Separately, Static Dissipative PVC Plate for bonding and bending applications is also available on request as a different grade.
