We manufacture urethane foam process equipment for the production of car seats.
Carriers equipped with the molds are placed at certain intervals for continuous driving.
After the next mold number is recognized, the amount of urethane foam injected and the mixing pattern are automatically determined and it is fired.
The mold is closed and it is maintained for a certain time.
Then the mold is opened and the seat pad removed.
