SPF series have compact structure and can be installed in small space.
It's used for panel installation type in various industries such as gas pilot system, semiconductor, furnace equipment, etc.
It can be applied to liquids or gases measurement, and can select various materials against corrosive fluids.
There is a needle valve type that can adjust the flow rate of fluid. With optional specification It can maintain a constant flow, even at fluctuating pressure.
