1. Principle
The testing principle of GeneFinder ™ COVID-19 Fast RealAmp Kit is One-Step Reverse Transcription Real-Time PCR with can be positively detected through reverse transcription and real-time polymerase chain reaction to confirm the presence of infected COVID-19 by amplifying the RdRp, E and N gene.
This product is an In vitro diagnostics (IVD) and is used by professionals in hospitals and laboratories.
2. Analytical Sensitivity : LOD
GeneFinder™ COVID-19 Fast RealAmp Kit was performed for analytical sensitivity with Target RNA.
As a result of experiments at various concentrations, the analytical sensitivity of the product was confirmed by RdRp gene; 5 copies/ul, E gene; 5 copies/ul, N gene; 2 copies /ul.
