Senic has been the only company that ownsthe advanced manufacturing technology and process of 150mm wafers for powersemiconductors in Korea after developing 2-inch and 4-inch wafers. There are 3business models in Senic, such as SiC Wafer(150mm/200mm), Reclaim, Inspection. Inthe case of 200mm SiC wafers, we are aiming to produce them in 2024 and we areworking to localize the 200mm ingot grower and crucible structure designthrough a joint facility development.
