Product Information
LABTECH PLASMA STERILIZER sterilizes at low temperature with hydrogen peroxide and leaves no toxic residue after sterilization.
It's suitable for sterilizing all kinds of medical instruments that cannot withstand high temperature and steam pressure such as endoscopes, catheters, etc.
A built-in plasma generator discharges plasma arc in order to dissolve hydrogen peroxide into water and oxygen as well as clean sterile products surface from hydrogen peroxide residue. This ensures user and environment safety.
LABTECH PLASMA MODEL LPS-1130F is equipped with
10.1" touch screen controller, auto safety bar sensor, convenient foot pedal, heavy load castors,
printer & paper basket, USB data port and HEPA filter.
There are 3 stages: Pre-condition where vacuum is removed and hydrogen peroxide is injected and diffused, Plasma sterilization, then cleaning where hydrogen peroxide gas and residue are removed.
Also, there are 3 pre-programmed sterilization modes that the user can choose from: quick (30 min.), standard (40 min.), and intense (50 min.)
