The main ingredient, Gobchang Dol Gim, is the finest laver produced in limited quantities only for a month, between the 

end of October and the end of November, off the coast of Jindo Island.

Gopchang Dol Gim looks wrinkled and rough, but it is thicker than regular laver, tastes sweeter when chewed, 

and is much crispier. 

Jindo Gopchang Dol Gim is very nutritious because it contains a lot of vitamins A, B, C, calcium, iron, and essential 

amino acids.

To protect the environment, the truffle Gim is packed without plastic trays and is stored with nitrogen to maintain product 

freshness.
