Product Information
Addressable photoelectric smoke detector works by detecting scattered light produced by
smoke particles. When the smoke particles of the fire enter the dark chamber of the detector
by convection, the scattered light is generated by the infrared luminescent element in the
dark chamber, which is then detected and converted into a electrical signal by the lightreceiving
element.
The electrical signal makes a change according to the rise and fall of the
smoke molecules and time, then converts to an Analog index and transmits to the connected
central panel.
The central panel calls the CPU signal in the detector periodically, checking the
smoke concentration value and the detector's status information, and each detector has its
own fixed address through the address input device and transmits address-by-address
detector status information to the central panel.
When reaching the fire threshold(smoke
concentration value) set in the fire alarm control panel, the detector's LED lights upto show
the fire, the fire alarm control panel shows the location and the change over time of aspecific
smoke concentration value.
Connect up to 252 addresses per loop
Constant detection of ambient temperature
Alarm generating in stages by the receiver setup program (preliminary alarm 4%/m, fire alarm 10%/m)
Detector can conduct fire testing independently without receiver or transmitter (using system diagnostic kit)
Address setting: Electronic address input method, using address input device (W3A)
